SF Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor on a temporary basis until December 2023. You will be required to support a fast paced business with all HR related tasks, specifically leading on your own ER caseload.

Pay rate: £20.51
- To provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee related issues and advise the Head of HR of concerns or issues
- To work on employee cases as required to assist, guide or coach the line manager, or where necessary lead the case
- To provide a professional and appropriate first point of contact to internal and external customers
- To liaise with and seek advice and guidance from external advisors where appropriate
- To contribute to the updating of the Employee Handbook, Principal Statements and HR policies in accordance with changes in employment law and business needs
- To issue documents relating to employment in a timely manner
- To work on recruitment activity, working closely with managers to provide guidance and support and ensure the process is followed fairly
- To work alongside operations to manage the required agency workers provision
- To take ownership of the onboarding process
- To seek feedback on employee related activity to gauge success i.e. new starter training experience
- To assist with weekly payroll where required, liaising with line managers to resolve any queries
- To assist with pay and benefits review actions
- To assist in the administration of the company pension scheme
- To monitor absence management activity and provide guidance to managers where required
- To conduct in-house training workshops where required
- To source appropriate external training for employees
- To assist in the management of the appraisal process and identified outcomes
- To assist in the creation and monitoring of succession plans across the business
- To assist in the management of the occupational

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £20.51 per hour
