Our client is looking for a skilled Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer who is passionate about maintaining and repairing machinery.
As Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will maintain the site's electrical and mechanical services, equipment, and machinery.
Key responsibilities will include:
Support the maintenance of equipment, machinery and associated services in good electrical order
Quickly identify and fix electrical and mechanical issues to minimise downtime
Perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance of all equipment and machinery
Install and maintain services in line with current regulations
Provide electrical/mechanical support in the event of breakdowns
Execute planned preventative maintenance and contribute to system improvements
Work with various internal departments and external suppliers to support operations
Work within 5s methodology
Record work done in the Maintenance Management System (SAP) with detailed technical feedback
We are keen to speak with Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers with the following experience:
Electrical qualifications
Fault Finding on Various Electrical Control Systems.
Installation experience
Fault finding and repairs on mechanical plant
Fabrication/welding/machining/fitting experience
PPM systems
Solid understanding of engineering principles
This Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer role would suit someone enthusiastic and highly self-motivated with a flexible approach combined with the ability to work efficiently on your own initiative and work as part of a team.
