Established in 2007, MM Flowers has grown exponentially every year and is based in a purpose built, state-of-the-art facility in Alconbury, Huntingdon. MM Flowers employs over 1000 people who are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service to our customers.

We are currently looking for a Commercial Manager
The primary objectives of the role
Putting customers first you will develop and implement commercial strategies across a portfolio of new and existing customers, building true partnership relationships and taking responsibility for commercial performance.nWorking with our customers to build business plans to achieve sustainable growth, including new product launches and range reviews.nTaking the lead on expanding our customer base, product development, spotting opportunities, to manage forecasting and exploring and securing new relationships to create commercial value.nManaging customer forecasts with the wider internal organisation.nIn collaboration with the insight team deliver regular reporting to help improve performance and to inform decision making.nA strong understanding of commercial performance and what levers a business can be used to influence that performance.nAbility to clearly convey relevant updates to senior management.nProven project management skills are required, which demonstrate your take great care in your work to deliver.nProactive and Flexible – able to take responsibility to get things done and willing to ‘roll up your sleeves and’ get stuck in whenever needed.nOverall responsibility for customer relationship management for new products, engaging the product developer in proactive ways to build the relationship and where possible influence the direction of development.nEnsure all customer paperwork is provided for NPD samples as required.nWorking closely with the broader commercial team currently present and new category concepts to customers backed up by rationale.nPlay a key role in the planning and execution of range reviews with stakeholders.nDemonstrate a flexible working attitude, to support the business through key seasonal training period and in line with the MM Flowers’ Peak Charter
