Customer Claims Coordinator

We are seeking a Customer Claims Coordinator to manage the claims and repair handling process for a company in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences by efficiently handling claims, coordinating with internal stakeholders and adhering to established standards.
Main Duties of Customer Claims Coordinator
Ensure all claims are logged into the claim handling system within 24 hours and follow the claim handling process according to service matrix guidelines.
Verify complaint types for accurate processing and obtain additional information from customers if necessary.
Coordinate shipping of rejected goods from customers to the warehouse, providing necessary documentation.
Initiate containment action with customers when appropriate and promptly inform relevant manufacturing divisions of technical non-conformities.
Initiate root cause analysis for administrative and commercial claims, ensuring problem-solving activities are conducted in the appropriate value stream.
Follow up and request root cause results and corrective actions from relevant parties for appropriate customer resolution, reviewing data for content and completeness.
Coordinate replacement items for customers if requested, liaising with appropriate internal teams.
Adjudicate claims and seek approval as required.
Support in improving the entire process in cooperation with the team and supervisor.
Maintain high levels of communication with customers and internal stakeholders to provide excellent customer experiences.
Requirements Customer Claims Coordinator
Preferably 2 years of experience in an office environment.
Knowledge of problem-solving tools.
Proficient in computer skills.
Excellent customer relationship skills.
Strong ability in priority management.
