After years of research, their founder has built a brand that focuses on pain management, using clean and natural products. They have an excellent team managing operations and are now looking for a dynamic and passionate Head of Sales to boost the performance of existing accounts, and develop new sales channels.


This is a unique opportunity to join a fun, caring business and put your stamp on the future growth of the brand. Working closely with the Founder, you’ll take full ownership of revenue growth, and build the sales team to support further.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, ideally across multiple channels, and a passion to make a difference in the wellness space.


Responsibilities

  • Manage existing portfolio of retail accounts, driving expansion into others and opening up distributor channels
  • Develop, own, and execute the commercial strategy
  • Build and develop wider sales team


Requirements

  • Experience scaling FMCG brands, ideally in wellness/health/beauty
  • Strong industry relationships
  • Ability to work independently or in small teams
  • Passion for high performance and team development
  • Alignment with company values
