We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to join an esteemed Healthcare Team as a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer, in a hybrid-based role that offers flexibility and security. As a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer, you will:
Inspire and Educate: Deliver comprehensive training up to Level 5 Leader in Adult Care, shaping the future leaders of the healthcare industry.
Manage and Mentor: Oversee a minimum caseload of 45 learners, providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to excel.
Flexibility: Enjoy the perfect blend of remote work with the opportunity for face-to-face engagement during progress reviews and personalized tutoring sessions in your designated region.
Key responsibilities include:
Guiding a caseload of learners towards achieving their apprenticeships or qualifications, including Diplomas through to Gateway and successful End Point Assessment
Regularly assessing work and offering constructive feedback, including attention to spelling, punctuation, and grammar, while updating the E-Portfolio system (Aptem)
Identifying and assisting learners with additional learning needs, utilising the neurodiversity platform Cognassist for support
Ensuring the promotion and continual monitoring of safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout all aspects of the job role
Experience and skills
Hold a teaching or assessing qualification such as AET, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS or equivalent.
Occupational competent in the health and social care industry.
Relevant qualification up to level 5 in health and social care.
Experience delivering apprenticeships.
Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage high caseloads
