TheDivisional Financial Controller will work collaboratively and support a portfolio of both select and full-service hotels, located across the UK.

As Divisional Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our hotel portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of 17+ hotels, insuring compliance with financial policies, and providing strategic financial guidance to optimise profitability and efficiency.

Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field of study including ACCA / CIMA / CA qualified.
  • Business Partner experience working in an operation environment with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident presenting to Owners/Senior Management level
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven track record in financial leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of hotel financial operations, revenue management, and cost control.
