Job Description
I have an exciting opportunity with an established client of mine for a Customer Service Manager in the Dorking area. This role will involve managing a team of 4 customer service advisors in a busy Bodyshop business, so previous motor trade experience, ideally in a Bodyshop would be ideal. You will be responsible for customer care and satisfaction as well as working closely with your team on a day-to-day basis. If you have the required skills for this exciting role, do not delay, apply TODAY
Responsibilities
* Manage the fron of house team
* Monitor and maintain customer care standards
* Manage any customer complaints and issues
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of the motor trade
* Present a professional image at all times
* Excellent customer service skills
* Be confident in managing people
Salary and Benefits
* Basic salary £35 - £40k
* Bonus scheme worth up to £8,000 a year
* 45-hour week Monday to Friday
* 23 days holiday + BH
