Salary: £28,000 plus Veolia benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
Location: 25 BAGLEYS LANE, FULHAM, SW62QA

What you'll be doing;
- Raising job cards for all works entering the workshop for all contracts.
- Uploading of service documentation onto the fleet system ensures accuracy at all times.
- Completion of labour lines and closing of job cards as per company procedures ensuring accuracy and detail at all times.
- Carry out invoicing for all 3rd party works (If Applicable)
- Ensure the Fleet Management system is up to date at all times and any overdue work is actioned accordingly
- Carry out visitor and contractor inductions and completion of records as per company policies/procedures
- Input of technician timesheets, sickness/absence onto the company systems and management of the personnel files
- Ensure all the fleet vehicle files are maintained to the required standards and all documentation is up to date.
- Deal with all customer/contract queries either by phone or in person politely and promptly.
- Carry out financial administration, raising and reconciliation of PO numbers as per company policies/procedures
- Arrange 3rd party contractors/ tyre works as directed by the workshop supervisor/senior Technicians
- Book meetings and take meeting minutes, completing them accurately and send to all relevant parties
- Carry out any further administrative duties as directed by the Workshop Manager/Supervisor
- Organise and manage vehicle parts when required including our own internal stock.
What we're looking for;
- Strong administrative skills and experience
- Good IT literacy
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous Customer Service experience would be beneficial
