BAM Site Solutions are looking to recruit an experienced Depot Business Support to join our team in the Kilsyth Depot.
This position will administrate the business support function with BAM Site Solutions, engaging with various teams across the sector.
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday.
In addition to an attractive salary we offer a contributory pension, 25 days holiday, gym subsidy and BAM social club membership.
BAM operates a flexible working policy.
Your mission
• Provide support within BAM Site Solutions Kilsyth depot
• Calculate and process employee wages accurately and timely according to established payroll procedures.
• Manage the My Time system for the department
• Address inquiries related to timesheets from employees, supervisors, and sites
• Reconcile and allocate time sheets to specific project sites or cost centres, as required
• Process goods receipt
• Review and process vehicle-related additional charges or addons
• Investigate and resolve inquiries and discrepancies related to invoices, ensuring timely resolution and payment.
• Responsible for accurately allocating subcontractor payments to the appropriate projects, sites, or business units within the company.
• Support of BES UK close out actions
Who are we looking for?
* IT Literate and a good working knowledge of a Purchase Ledger Function
* Good MS Excel & MS Word knowledge
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
