Senior Change Manager

Your responsibilities will include:nCollaborate with key stakeholders across the Organisation to develop the solutions needed within your programmes to meet strategic themes.nResponsibility for managing withing the agreed budgets.nWork with suppliers and partners to deliver high performing solutions.nComplete analysis and research to inform the solutions and delivery roadmap.nPut the Customer needs at the centre of the change process by understanding the customer needs through analysis using the different sources available.nUse data management to identify new opportunities to continuously improve solution and delivery approach.nSupport the Sponsors and Product managers to create robust business cases to support new initiatives and changes supported with ROI.nLead delivery teams compromising of Change Leads/Product Owners/Testers/UX and DevelopernResponsible for the facilitation of the end-to-end epics/features and stories to implement the vision.nBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships.nManage the Programme roadmap, link to overall Change portfolio and manage key dependencies, risks & issues.nPartner with Advisers, Technology, Marketing, SMEs and key stakeholders to achieve the right outcomes.nProvide data led and customer centric Information enabling good decision making by key stakeholders through the change cycle of the programme.
Key Requirements:nRelevant and demonstrable experience of working in a similar role for 3 + years.nExperience of leading and implementing cross functional change for People, Process and TechnologynStrong understanding of digital, automation and self-serve design and the ability leverage data to track, analyse and continuously improve the overall solution design to create a fantastic customer experience.nExperienced in working within Agile methodology environments such as SAFe would be an advantage.nFinancial services sector knowledge would be an advantage.nLean Six Sigma and/or Agile accreditation would be an advantage.nExcellent analytical and communication skills to enable customer needs to feed through to the online design.nDemonstrable effective leadership, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, with a passion in making a difference through great products and customer experience.nHighly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively.nAbility to create data led recommendations to enable a strong ROI.nStrong planning skills, ability to create a high-level long-term plan whilst being able to create a detailed shorter-term roadmap.
