Ridgeway & Co are proud to be partnering with a leading Civils company based in Essex with their search for a driven and detail-oriented Document Controller to join their team in Dagenham paying up to £40,000.
About the Role
As a Document Controller, you will coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including managing technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence. You will ensure that all information complies with specified company formats, templates, and standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the timely completion of operational and maintenance manuals, maintaining documents and drawings to provide comprehensive traceability of changes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should be an experienced Document Controller with a strong understanding of electronic document management systems. Ideally, you will be educated to NVQ level or equivalent and have experience working within a Civils background..
You should also possess strong knowledge of setting up and using electronic document management systems, along with proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, word processing, and selected job-specific software.
