Position Overview:
As an Overnight Quality Control Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the excellence of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Verifying that the correct job specifications are loaded onto the machinery.
2. Monitoring and upholding the quality standards of the output produced.
3. Making necessary adjustments to optimize both quality and production rates.
4. Maintaining the highest possible machine output speed.
5. Keeping the work area organized and in pristine condition.
6. Effectively utilizing any available machine operators to enhance productivity.
7. Communicating all pertinent information to the following shifts to ensure continuity.
8. Reporting any malfunctions or irregularities without delay.
9. Being well-versed in all relevant Health & Safety protocols.
10. Ensuring the machine is left in a secure and orderly state.
11. Conducting daily and monthly preventative maintenance and completing the necessary documentation.

Shift Schedule:
The shift pattern is structured as follows:
- Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (4 nights off)
- Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (7 nights off)
- Week 3: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (4 nights off)
- Week 4: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (1 night off)
