Curriculum Development: Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of English curriculum, particularly in Functionals Skills, that meets the diverse needs of our students.n-
Team Leadership: Support and mentor a dedicated team of English teachers, fostering a collaborative and innovative teaching environment.n-
Quality Assurance: Monitor and enhance the quality of English Functional Skills provision, ensuring compliance with educational standards and driving continuous improvement.n-
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to promote and develop the English curriculum.nTeaching (0.6):n-
Classroom Excellence: Deliver high-quality GCSE and Functional Skills English teaching to a diverse student body, using innovative and inclusive teaching strategies.n-
Student Support: Provide tailored support to students, helping them to achieve their educational and personal goals.n-
Assessment and Feedback: Conduct assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress to ensure successful outcomes.n-
