Joining a team of 10+, the primary focus for this role is to provide administrative and finance support to the wider team.
The opportunity:
* Raising and completion of sales invoices.
* Payment processing.
* Understanding of exchange rate calculations.
* Credit control and reconciliation work.
* Handling of general enquiries, file maintenance and records.
* Processing documentation and information, including data input and follow-up correspondence.
* Monitoring of email inbox.
* General ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team.
You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:
* Fundamental understanding of finance from a previous role (1+ years).
* Experience with a number of financial systems.
* Experience in a manual processing role.
* Working knowledge of MS Excel.
