Location: Basildon
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8am-5.30pm (some flexbility may be available)
Responsibilities:
Accurately process payroll for a dynamic group of CIS Clients
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all changes are updated in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations
Weekly wages of warehouse employees
Weekly wages of sub contractores
Monthly salary (PAYE)
Inputting of Purchase Ledger Invoices onto systemRequirements:
Prior experience as a Payroll Administrator, ideally working with CIS Clients
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Excellent knowledge of payroll systems and software
Solid understanding of payroll regulations, including PAYE and National Insurance
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
