As a Senior Paediatric Intensive Care Nurse (PICU), you will:
Take charge of the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse.
Develop, implement, and evaluate holistic care plans for children.
Mentor and act as a role model for junior and student nurses.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Foster strong relationships with children and their families.
Ensure excellent clinical governance and participate in audits.
Supervise and assess students, and lead shifts as needed.Package and Benefits:

NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support.
Post Graduate experience in a PICU setting.
Understanding of Safeguarding issues.
Teaching and mentoring experience (desirable).
Completion of a PICU Course equivalent to 60 credits.
Excellent clinical governance and audit experience.
