As the Venue Director and City Lover at NYX Hotels, you’ll own the events operation: your dynamic vibe will help you to lead your team and ensure our guests enjoy the city, whichever way they choose. You’ll think creatively to offer five star guest service and go above and beyond to ensure every event is electrifying

Key responsibilities of the Venue Director:

  • Be yourself
  • Review competitor activity and market trends, keeping NYX Hotels ahead of the curve
  • Take ownership of product quality and exceptional service standards
  • Maximise revenue opportunities at all time
  • Grow NYX Hotels’ reputation for hosting quality guest experiences
  • Champion the guest-focused culture: recognise team members who have gone above and beyond, and drive an appreciation of first-rate hospitality
  • Inspire a training plan within your team to aid progression and development
  • Be a vibrant host for guests and ensure they feel welcomed to the world of NYX Hotels

To develop vital business and people skills we offer an 8-month “Fast Forward Programme”, or if the time is right our longer-term “Accelerate Programme” will prepare you for your first DGM or Operations Manager role “Accelerate” develops your abilities and expertise at Leonardo Hotels, along with an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) certificate and membership of the Institute of Hospitality (IoH). With our support on tap, top-notch practical training and clear progression you’ll be on track for a brilliant future in Hospitality.
