This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Mon - Fri 8am - 4:15pm.
Customer Service Administrator - The Role:
Acting as a first point of contact you will be;
Answering customer telephone calls and emails, maintaining a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
Resolving queries in a timely manner, in a fast paced environment.
Recording queries and resolutions accurately on the internal system to allow us to monitor our performance.
Building strong relationships with suppliers
Supporting Account Managers – communicating effectively to achieve excellence for our customers. Customer Service Administrator - The Candidate:
Working as part of a small and friendly team, you will bring positive energy and enthusiasm and have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
We are looking for a candidate who wants to learn and has a curious mindset.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work to deadlines.
An understanding of Microsoft packages and the ability to learn a new systems is important along with strong attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to join a successful local business who can offer a friendly and supportive working environment.
