**Bodyshop Administrator**

We are recruiting for a Bodyshop Administrator at our prestige repair facility in Birstall, Batley. Established over 30 years, Master Cars have an excellent reputation with customers, insurers and work providers and hold manufacturer approvals for some leading brands including Tesla and Volvo.

The Bodyshop Administrators tasks will include the following:

- Invoicing and processing sales invoices for settlement.
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Checking in customers and their vehicles.
- Completing pre-repair check-in sheets with customers.
- Incoming phone calls.
- Outgoing phone calls including regular customer repair updates.
- Processing work instructions from work providers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
