RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PORTFOLIO
This is very much a Supervisory role in conjunction with the principal managing agents to ensure we maintain up to date certification and control over a varied portfolio of Commercial and Residential properties predominantly in Blackheath and Greenwich. This includes up to date EPC’s, Gas Safety, FRA’s , PAT Testing and others.
The candidate must be highly organised and have an eye for detail.
KEY SKILLS:
* Sound knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
* Ensuring mandatory Reports are up to date
* Good Communication and Organisational skills.
* Creation of Tenant Information Packs
* Liaising with Contractors to carry repairs.
* Must be computer literate in MS Office, Word, Outlook and Excel
* Ability to use own initiative by taking ownership, prioritizing tasks, and working with limited supervision.
* Working closely with our in-house legal team on leases and other documentation
This is an office-based role.
Must have flexibility with regard to working extra hours to cover holidays/sickness
