Property Admin - Blackheath - 25k - This is an office-based role.

The focus of this role is primarily supervisory in conjunction with the principal managing agents to ensure we keep up to date certification and control over a varied portfolio of Commercial and Residential properties predominantly in Blackheath and Greenwich. This includes up to date EPC's, Gas Safety, FRA's, PAT Testing and others. In addition, you will handle all office admin including work for our legal team

The candidate must be highly organised and have an eye for detail.

This is a small office and would suit someone who enjoys working independently.

KEY SKILLS:
* Must be proficient in MS Office 365, Word, Outlook with a sound knowledge of Excel
* Effective, professional communication skills
* Sound organisational skills and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
* Able to use own initiative and take ownership, prioritize tasks, and work with limited supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Liaising with managing agents and tenants
* Ensuring mandatory reports are up to date
* Creation of Tenant Information Packs
* Liaising with contractors to carry repairs.
* Admin support for the in-house legal team on leases and other documentation
* General admin support for the Company Directors
