KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national retail accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure successful execution of account strategies
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Negotiate terms and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability and market share
- Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Identify and pursue new retail opportunities to expand the brand's beauty presence
- Analyse and manage retailer P&Ls, ensuring financial objectives are met
- Line management responsibility for National Account Manager, driving delivery, setting goals and KPIs and mentoring to achieve results
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in national account management within the beauty or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building successful relationships with national retail accounts
- Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of retail operations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to inform strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
