About the role:
This full-time HLTA role offers a competitive salary of £100 – £120 per day, commensurate with experience and qualifications. You will join a dedicated team supporting teaching staff across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The role involves collaborating closely with teachers to deliver the National Curriculum, utilising your advanced skills in planning, monitoring, assessing, and managing classes. You’ll play a pivotal role in promoting and supporting the inclusion of all pupils, including those with specific needs, fostering a purposeful and engaging learning environment.

• Experience as an HLTA or relevant teaching assistant role.
• Advanced knowledge and skills in supporting classroom activities and student development.
• Ability to manage behavior effectively in line with school policies.
• Passion for inclusive education and supporting diverse student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and educational activities.
• Assist in planning and preparing learning resources.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback as needed.
• Manage classroom behavior to ensure a conducive learning environment.
