Opportunity for a Bid Manager to work for a leading Main Contractor based in the Midlands. This is an exciting new role to work within the Preconstruction Team coordinating and delivering the bids.
About the role of Bid Manager
As Bid Manager, you will work within the team across Bids, Estimating, Proposals, Business Development, and design. For this Region being Midlands and North the current project sectors include Commercial, Student Accommodation, Industrial, Hotels, Education and Healthcare across a mixture of values typically up to £80 Million. With an existing turnover of Circa £200 Million and plans for this individual to support the team coordiating and delivering bids.
Requirements for Bid Manager
5-10 Years experience within Construction Preconstruction position with a Main Contractor
Good Communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships.
