Senior National Account Manager

Meanwhile, our Export division proudly distributes market-leading British FMCG brands globally, and our Manufacturing division manufactures Health & Beauty products right here in Britain.

We're currently seeking a passionate and dependable Senior National Account Manager - ECOMMS to join our team on a permanent basis. This remote role offers flexibility, with regular meetings and office visits required.
Key Responsibilities:nDrive supplier objectives in line with Joint Business Plans (JBPs)nCultivate a deep understanding of customers, including KPIs, retail portfolios, shopper profiles, and morenOwn and execute customer strategy, including collaborative volume and value forecastingnImplement and track customer budgeted investment, managing invoices and claims effectivelynInfluence range and distribution, track EPOS data, and analyse competitor intelligencenEnsure compliance with Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products for relevant activities
Key Tasks:nExceed DCS sales and margin targetsnBuild successful customer relationships to grow market sharenDevelop and deliver volume and value forecasts for ECOMMSnImprove DCS' financial performance through effective management of supplier investment and terms agreementsnSupport in developing the Rapid Delivery sector and identifying short-term opportunitiesnCoach and develop one National Account Manager (NAM) into a high performer
