Strategic Planning and Execution:

Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.).
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.

Negotiate and manage client contracts ensuring compliance and profitability.

Address customer needs and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.

Lead the business development initiatives and oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches.

Experience:
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the construction / engineering industry

Extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development.

Experience in the Scottish market is highly desirable.

Proficient in financial and commercial analysis.
