We are a pioneering smart green tech startup dedicated to driving sustainable innovation. We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Finance to join our leadership team and guide our financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy:

Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s growth and sustainability goals.nBudget Management:

Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.nFinancial Reporting:

Lead the preparation of accurate financial statements, forecasts, and reports for stakeholders.nFundraising:

Collaborate with the executive team to secure funding, manage investor relations, and ensure optimal capital structure.nRisk Management:

Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with regulations.nOperational Efficiency:

Streamline financial operations and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.nTeam Leadership:

Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.nStrategic Partnerships:

Work closely with other departments to align financial planning with business operations and strategic goals.nSustainability Focus:

Integrate financial planning with the company’s sustainability initiatives, ensuring financial decisions support green objectives.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.nExperience:

Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role in a tech startup environment, preferably within the green tech sector.nFinancial Acumen:

Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management, and financial analysis.nLeadership Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.nStrategic Vision:

Ability to develop strategic financial plans and contribute to business strategy.nTech Savvy:

Proficient in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.nSustainability Passion:

Deep understanding of and commitment to sustainability and green technologies.nAn early stage start up experience is essential.
