The Deputy Head of Operational Scheduling is responsible for delivering high quality resourcing services in line with the areas of ROC responsibility supporting Trust Corporate Strategy and Objective and assisting in delivering National and local Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) through the effective management of SWAST resources while strictly adhering to Trust Policy, SOP and relevant legislation and through effective and efficient management of ROC staff and resources.


The Post Holder will report directly to the Head of Operational Scheduling and will hold line management responsibility across both of the Resource Operations Centers, ROC Schedulers, Lead Schedulers, Supervisors and ROC Manager providing expert knowledge, skills and leadership in the specialty area of resource management.
