Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Locum Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join a team on-site at Cheshire and Merseyside Community. As a PWP, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological interventions to individuals experiencing common mental health problems. This role involves conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial assessments and formulating care plans.
- Delivering low-intensity interventions such as guided self-help and psychoeducation.
- Providing support and interventions to individuals with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with service standards.
Requirements:
- Qualification as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) or equivalent in mental health field.
- Experience in delivering low-intensity psychological interventions within NHS or similar settings.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage a caseload effectively
