Job Role:
Responsible for overseeing all Production activity on site and ensuring that effective manufacturing and packing operations are achieved to GMP standards. While producing to targeted volumes, yield and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure effective manufacturing operations which produce to target volumes, yield and efficiency
Lead by example in a positive, proactive, and supportive manner, communicating with others with a can-do attitude working as part of the management team and problem solving to ensure targets and business objectives are met whilst gaining job satisfaction
Effectively lead two shift leaders through coaching, training and development, and motivation of the team as required to maximise individual and team potential
Carry out mid-year and year-end Performance Reviews for your team and produce development plans to ensure employees are trained and motivated to carry out their role and review regularly.
Responsible for the health and safety within all production areas ensuring safe systems of work are properly assigned, accepted, and understood by all personnel
