To help steer this they are looking for a dynamic Production Manager who is passionate about people and ready to lead our production team to new heights.

The Role:

As our Production Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficiency, and driving continuous improvement. This role is more than just managing processes—it's about leading and inspiring a team, creating a positive and productive workplace, and contributing to the ongoing development and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.

* Production Management: Oversee daily production schedules, ensuring that quality standards, timelines, and cost targets are met.

* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and output.

* Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Quality Control, Supply Chain, and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations.

* Health & Safety: Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.

* People Development: Mentor and coach team members, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

* Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to drive decisions and improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong Leadership Skills: You have a proven track record of leading teams with empathy, clarity, and a focus on development.

* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a production management role.

* People-Centric: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for team development and creating a positive workplace culture.

* Problem Solver: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions quickly.

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
