Our partner is aiming to become a leading force in the production of medical and respiratory devices. Due to their continued growth, they are seeking a Production Manager to join their team.

As the successful Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning all production activities in line with company demand, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to strict company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, Coordinate, and Oversee Production Workflow and Schedules: Develop and implement production plans to meet company demand, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
  2. Source and Maintain Production Equipment: Identify and acquire necessary production equipment, and optimize productivity through regular maintenance and upgrades.
  3. Maintain Hygienic Conditions and Enforce Company Policies: Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Train Staff, Monitor Quality Control, and Generate Production Reports: Provide training and guidance to production staff, monitor quality control processes, and generate reports to track production performance.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Proven Experience as a Production Manager: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production management role, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Strong Knowledge of Production and Quality Control Principles: In-depth understanding of production processes, quality control methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  3. Proficiency in MS Excel and Other MS Office 365 Applications: Strong skills in MS Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
