Hourly Rate: £13.86
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our clients operations by assisting with processing customer orders via phone and email. This is an office-based position that requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as previous experience working in an office environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone and email promptly and professionally.
Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Provide product information and assist customers with any queries or concerns.
Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless order processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
Previous office-based experience is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
