About the role:
The Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant will play a pivotal role in enhancing the educational experience of primary school students. This position focuses on delivering targeted interventions and booster sessions, particularly for those with Special Educational Needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers to ensure that each child reaches their full potential, especially during the critical SATs period.

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly within Key Stage 2.
• Familiarity with SATs preparation and the primary school curriculum.
• Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging booster and intervention sessions.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils with varying educational needs.
• Monitor and record student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
