About the role:
As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work across two KS2 classes, focusing on helping students who need to catch up with the curriculum and providing booster sessions for low-achieving students. This role is essential in supporting the academic and social development of our pupils, ensuring they reach their full potential. You will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with teachers and other TAs to deliver targeted interventions and personalized support. Application Requirements:
• Relevant experience working with primary school children, particularly in Key Stage 2.
• A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students’ academic and personal growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to working with children.
• Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (desirable but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons, working with small groups and individual students to provide targeted support.
• Implement booster sessions and interventions to help low-achieving students catch up with the curriculum.
• Support the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and track students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, promoting students’ confidence and self-esteem.
