As a Project Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of our commercial operations, managing a significant budget of over £7m per annum. Your expertise in surveying, procurement, and project management will ensure our projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll work collaboratively with our direct labour workforce and preferred subcontract partners, making a tangible impact on our growth and success.

Hours of Work: 40 Hours / Permanent

Project Surveyor Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a construction-related field
  • Extensive experience with surveying within a commercial function
  • Expert knowledge of job costing techniques
  • Proficient in building procurement methods
  • IT literate with experience in MS applications and dynamic repairs systems
