Maintenance Surveyor

We are currently partnering with a leading Social Housing provider in South Wales, who are recruiting for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Our client is proud to be a provider of quality and affordable homes to their communities.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £37,001 per annum and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Completing pre and post surveys and inspections on domestic properties for repairs works
- Writing detailed specifications of work for contractors/trade staff to follow
- Overseeing ongoing works and supervising contractors working under contract, including assessment of quality, compliance with contract conditions and safe working practises
- Ensuring completed projects meet required standards and that all remedial works are completed
- Undertaking physical adaptation grant surveys
Requirements:
- Experience completing maintenance surveys within domestic properties and managing subsequent works
- Full UK driving licence
