About the role: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN TA to make a positive impact in our school community. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be an integral part of our ARP class, providing one-to-one and small-group support to students with special educational needs. Your role will involve assisting students in their academic, social, and emotional development, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Application Requirements:
• Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs.
• A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to supporting students.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to the well-being and development of all students.
• Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support students in the ARP class with their learning activities, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Work one-to-one or with small groups of students, providing tailored assistance based on their specific requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Encourage and motivate students, fostering their self-confidence and independence.
