Application Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
• GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm and energy to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive approach to behaviour management.
• Willingness to attend training courses to enhance your role.
• Experience of working across both Key stage 1 and Key stage 2 is desirable but not mandatory.

• Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons.
• Support the monitoring and assessment of pupils’ progress.
• Manage classroom activities and behavior under the direction of the teacher.
• Demonstrate and promote the positive values, attitudes, and behaviour you expect from the pupils you work with.
