We are AMS. We are a global total workforce solutions firm; we enable organisations to thrive in an age of constant change by building, re-shaping, and optimising workforces. Our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partner with Tesco Bank to support contingent recruitment hiring.

On behalf of Tesco Bank, AMS are now looking for a Associate Operation Analyst (PMO Analyst) based in Edinburgh (Hybrid) for an initial contract length of 8 months.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the invoicing process related to our Transitional Service Agreement (TSA), ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing.
  • Collaborate with the technology PMO to coordinate RTSA (Reverse Transition Services) charges and facilitate change control processes.
  • Provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders and chase down any outstanding information or updates. Regularly providing updates, chasing down updates etc.
  • Support the administration and operation of transitional structures, ensuring smooth operation throughout the transition period.
  • Key Involvement in administration & helping to operate structures.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience as PMO/Project Coordinator.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a transitional environment or related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
