Title: Lead Behavioural Architect / Lead Behavioural Science Strategist Location: London (Hybrid) Are you a senior behavioural science practitioner ready to shape high-impact behaviour change programmes for major organisations? A leading UK behavioural science consultancy is looking for a Lead Behavioural Architect — a role that blends behavioural strategy, team leadership and consulting excellence. You’ll help solve complex customer and employee challenges using behavioural insights, experimentation and behavioural design. You’ll lead a team of behavioural scientists, guide the behavioural strategy for major client programmes, and contribute to capability building and proposition development as the consultancy scales into its next phase of growth.
