Join the Lead Creative Strategist role at Soar With Us, a UK‑based TikTok marketing agency dedicated to driving brand growth across social commerce. Overview We partner with TikTok UK’s e‑commerce, DTC and shop teams, and take advantage of dedicated platform support and early‑access to new products. As a focus area for performance, our creative strategy team leads large‑value client work that spans paid social growth and deep creative pipelines. Role Summary We’re seeking a senior strategist who can blend hands‑on delivery with leadership, scaling performance across our highest‑value accounts and mentoring a small team of junior strategists. Responsibilities Client Strategy & Performance (60% IC Workload) Own strategy and delivery for flagship accounts, driving sustained growth through data‑led creative concepts and strategic forecasting. Deliver measurable account growth using big‑swing creative concepts, funnel logic, and strategic forecasting. Set the team’s benchmark across concepting, reporting, communication and culture. Team Management & Development Manage and mentor at least two junior strategists, owning development plans and performance coaching. Lead pod teams, providing guidance and support to ensure pod‑wide success. Act as the primary escalator for performance challenges or operational blockers within your pods. Department Growth Run internal training sessions, contribute to frameworks and share insights across CS‑Hub. Share external inspiration, frameworks and industry innovations to elevate creative standards. Drive new framework innovation for creative diversity. Support onboarding and rapid progression of new junior strategists. Process Innovation & Strategic Ops Collaborate with Head of Performance and CCO to identify bottlenecks, shape new workflows and stress‑test operational changes. Feed macro insights into senior leadership to improve systems and growth strategies. Maintain documentation and databases such as the prompt library, context library and framework database. Success in the First 3–6 Months Independently lead performance across flagship accounts. Have strategic frameworks adopted agency‑wide. Be a go‑to mentor for junior and mid‑weight strategists. Build client trust as a proactive, commercial partner. Improve creative output structure, efficiency and scalability. Influence creative direction of both client accounts and the department. What You Bring 4+ years in creative strategy, performance creative or paid social with agency experience preferred. Proven ability to scale Meta/TikTok creative using data‑driven processes. Strong analytical skills – turning data into hypotheses and clear direction. Experience leading client strategy and guiding cross‑functional teams. Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders internally and externally. Exceptional communication and deck/storytelling capability. Ability to manage multiple accounts with clarity and commercial awareness. Deep understanding of buyer psychology and performance marketing principles.
