Job Title: Earned Media Lead Strategist
Our client is a multi-award-winning earned media consultancy that lives at the intersection of culture, creativity, and conversation. They craft campaigns that cut through the noise—across PR, digital, content, experiential, and influencer marketing —helping brands spark real connection and relevance with the audiences that matter.
They are seeking an Earned Media Lead Strategist with the curiosity, insight, and boldness to shape campaigns that people actually care about. This role is about turning cultural insight into stories that capture attention, ignite conversation, and move brands forward. You’ll work across PR, creative, digital, content, experiential, and influencer teams to ensure every idea hits with impact, relevance, and flair.
Dream up and own earned media strategies that are smart, daring, and culturally on point.
Spot the trends, moments, and stories that can make brands talked-about, not just seen.
Advise senior clients with confidence and a point of view that’s fresh, bold, and rooted in insight.
Mentor junior strategists and help shape the agency’s approach to culturally-led storytelling.
7–12+ years of earned media, PR, or integrated communications B2C experience
~ Sharp knowledge of traditional, digital, influencer, and social media landscapes.
~ They’re looking for a strategist who’s hungry for culture, obsessed with stories, and ready to make brands matter.
