Key Responsibilities:
**Resident Interaction:** Respond to queries, maintenance requests, and issues in a timely manner, taking appropriate action to resolve them.
**Viewings and Lettings:** Conduct apartment viewings, both in-person and via video, and close deals to secure new lettings.
**Tenancy Renewals:** Negotiate renewals with existing residents to extend tenancies, fostering long-term relationships.
**Inspections and Turnarounds:** Complete apartment inspections at various stages of tenancy and oversee the turnaround process to maintain high standards.
Skills and Experience Required:
**Customer Service Excellence:** Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
**Sales Acumen:** Proven ability to close deals and negotiate terms, with a focus on maximising rental income and minimising void periods.
**Organisational Skills:** Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
