We have an exciting opportunity for Head Housekeeper to join our client in Fareham Hampshire.
Seeking an experienced Housekeeper to maintain and lead the existing Happy team of housekeeper hero’s in a newly refurbished purpose built Residential, Dementia Care Home based in Fareham, Hampshire.
You will be responsible for
Ensuring the cleanliness of the residents’ bedrooms, bathrooms, toilets and the whole Care Home.
Ability to lead a team of Housekeeping Staff on a day to day basis and to assist the current cleaning process and make improvements to it where possible
Supervisor Housekeeping team – Carrying out supervisions monthly.
Oversee Laundry collection and delivery.
Maintain and ensure all Risk assessments are completed.
Ordering stock.
Knowledge of Health & Safety COSHH and Infection Control is important
