£90-100 a day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications )

The School and Role
This small 9 – 16 School that caters to children with SEMH, based in Leeds are looking to appoint a passionate Behaviour Support Worker to work in a small, Key Stage 4 class on a Full-Time basis. Working in this School as part of an established team, the desired Behaviour Support Worker will be working on a small group basis in KS4 with pupils with SEMH needs and working alongside the other members of staff to promote good attendance and educational values . This Full-Time behaviour Support Worker role is long term and potentially permanent. 
Requirements
The desired Behaviour Support Worker will have;
Experience of working with secondary aged children with SEMH and behavioural needs
Experience of working 1:1 with pupils or small groups
A passion for the progress of children with SEMH and previous experience with dysregulation techniques.
An ability to work well as part of a team and have professional values
