Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and set the tone for our team's performance.
• Develop and Implement Strategies: Work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage and Motivate Team Members: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
• Monitor and Control Operations: Ensure that all aspects of our operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
