As a Service Advisor, you hold a crucial position within the dealership, serving as the primary liaison between customers and our workshop. Positioned at the forefront of the showroom, a genuine passion for assisting customers is essential. During your initial weeks, you'll participate in our Customer Journey induction program, shadowing opportunities, and a buddy system, all tailored to facilitate a smooth transition into your new role.
Main duties of the Service Advisor:
Establishing and nurturing customer relationships prior to their appointments, warmly welcoming them upon arrival.
Ensuring a positive and proactive experience for customers throughout their journey.
Serving as an advocate for both the business and the customer, leveraging expertise to support decision-making and achieve favourable outcomes.
Handling all customer-related administrative tasks with precision and empathy.
Proactively assisting customers with future needs.
Collaborating with the team to uphold exceptional customer service standards and foster customer retention.
Requirements of the Service Advisor:
Prior experience in customer service is a prerequisite.
You must have a fervent dedication to the customer journey, prioritising exceptional experiences.
Comfortable with deadlines, adept at managing customer expectations through consistent communication and updates.
Possess strong attention to detail and organisational skills to handle your own customer base and workload effectively.
Capable of professionally handling complex customer issues and seeking guidance from management when needed.
Tech-savvy, preferably with prior experience using CRM systems.
