Development Project Manager

I am looking for a Development Project Manager to join one of London’s best-known Investors and Developers to work on the delivery of a large scale BTR scheme in London. The business are synonymous with large-scale regeneration and masterplans, and are responsible for some of the best-known schemes in the city. They are currently delivering a large-scale, multi-phased, BTR scheme and are looking for a Development Project Manager to help deliver it alongside the Development Director. The Project is set to last for several more years, and the future pipeline for the business is very strong across all living sectors. For this role, they are looking for someone who has 2-4 years’ experience working on the delivery of BTR schemes, and the ideal candidate would have worked on the completion of a schemes and worked on the mobilization of the asset. The Development Project Managers responsibilities will include: Day to Day responsibility to manage delivery of project Oversight of external Professional teams, including Project Management, QS and EA’s Management of the contractor, including ensuring planning conditions are satisfied Oversight and management of project finance and budgets Report to key stakeholders, including internal and external Deliver Practical Completion and occupancy, involvement in mobilisation and any teething issues that arise The Successful Applicant will have: 3-6 years’ experience as a Project Manager, ideally on the client side Demonstrable experience working to deliver a BTR scheme Experience in the mobilization of a BTR scheme Excellent team working skills as well as communication Experience managing either Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor Salary and Benefits £60,000 - £70,000 base salary Strong Bonus Excellent Career progression opportunities Excellent benefits package For more information, please apply to the role and upload your CV.
